In order for your wellness coach to help you fully, it is very valuable, although not required, that you share your confidential personal information, openly and honestly, in our comprehensive questionnaire, during your coaching sessions, and on this website.
We will preserve the privacy and confidentiality of all of your personal information, including your name and email address, and all e-mail and telephone communications between you and your coach. Only your coach will have access to your personal information, including your name and email address.
Your personal information will also not be shared with any person or organization, unless you provide permission.
